The user agrees to use the training materials and call center applications only for the purpose of learning and improving their call center skills and platform knowledge.
The user agrees to keep any confidential information learned during the training, including but not limited to any proprietary technologies or business processes, confidential and not to disclose such information to any third party without the express written consent of the company.
The user agrees that any materials, including but not limited to training documents, videos, and assessments, are the property of the company and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The user agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, or resell any materials or call center applications obtained through the training.
The user agrees to use the call center applications and training materials in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
The user agrees to immediately notify the company of any unauthorized access to or use of the call center applications or training materials.
The company reserves the right to terminate the user's access to the call center applications and training materials at any time and for any reason, in its sole discretion.
The company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the completeness or accuracy of the call center applications or training materials.
The user shall indemnify and hold harmless the company and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to the user's use of the call center applications or training materials.
